One person died Thursday afternoon in an aircraft crash in Larimer County.
A glider crashed on private property south of the Soapstone Prairie Natural Area (SPNA), according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
The adult pilot of the glider, the only person in the aircraft, died at the scene.
SPNA is a 28-square-mile conservation area in northeastern Larimer County.
